FIREWHEEL is a genre-bending nonbinary selector and DJ based in Austin, Texas, USA. Hooked on acidic bass lines, funky underground house, and 90s-era grooves, they’re here to make you dance so hard that you’ll forget to look at your phone.

Firewheel’s style is textured, nostalgic and evocative, telling sonic stories that collage their lived experience with their hopes for the future. Their live performances draw on the room’s energy, co-creating both physical and metaphorical space to take refuge from our collective present. 

Blending classic and underground house, acid, minimal, deep tech, disco, and electronica from the 90s, 2000, and now, Firewheel’s sets are equal turns trippy, grounded, prismatic, and playful; like little handwritten love letters to the dance floor, no two alike.
